Which knife shows will allow me to meet the most forum members?

I go to both NYC shows, ECCKS in March & NYCKS in November, & hope to be able to make the Blade show in Atlanta next year.

I may be goin' to hell in a bucket, Babe, but at least I'm enjoyin' the ride.

There are very few in Las Vegas but I am here, you could come meet me.

Jeez, am I the ONLY one who knows how to get from the Hampton to Cobb Galleria?! LOL! Senator, we may need to rent a conversion van this year (helpful hint: don't sit in front of Dexter, as they'll be pulling steel out of you for weeks if we have to stop fast

).

Lynn, definitely attend the Southeasten Custom Knife Show in Winston-Salem and the Blade Show. You will meet plenty of forumites.

Chris

Nobody has yet to mention the Oregon Knife Collector's Show in April in Eugene, Oregon. The date is different this year, April 14-16, and they've moved to a larger facility, though next door to the old place.

That's a handy URL, BTW, since they have a fairly complete list of knife shows nationally and some interesting articles.

Since I live on the left coast, the shows I usually attend are Solvang, Knife Expo in Pasadena, and Blade Show West.

The Blade Show in Atlanta, which is obvious, and for us midwesterners, the previously mentioned Badger Show in Janesville WI draws the biggest Chicago/Milwaukee crowd.

I don't know how many BF members are from Michigan, but I'd sure like to see you out here some time. There is the Wolverine Knife Collectors 2000 Show at the Novi Expo Center, Novi Michigan on Jan. 28-29. I've never been to this knife only show (maybe the first show?), but I've been to the gun & knife shows at the Expo Center a couple times a year for the past couple years and they seem to have a decent showing. If we don't see you here I'm sure I'll catch you some other time.

Take care,
Tom

P.S. If you need contact names for the show drop me an email.
