Hey there i'm kind of a knife collector but I also am a knife thrower. I was going to buy 1 of each of these knives, but decided against it since for me to get good i'd have to buy 6 of one to get a feel for it instead of having 3 different knives that i would have to experiment on for balance. So which one of these would you pick? I've already had experience with one of them. It's the true flight thrower. I'll put links of all 4 of the knives and see what you guys think. I'm looking for durability, long lasting, and good quality, with a nice balance to. All of them meet the standards for a proffessional thrower which is, length wize, 13-16" for the knife. Thanks for any help, and please don't move this :( This general knife discussion probably will get more views and i just need a couple answers. Thanks guys.

There's a dedicated Knife Thowing sub-forum here on BF...you might want to try posting your question there.

true flight thrower is awesome but remember how sharp the edge is (I could shave the hairs off my arms and they were just too pretty; plus i never had enuf time)... i was never able to ever get around to throwing mines personnaly as im in a different state as them (long story of how i had to get the F out of Cali asap!). I just got in 6 of the sure-balance-thrower but i haven't thrown any of them yet. I'm gonna try to soon. what you might not realize is how heavy the sure-balance-thrower is and how wide it is (twice the weight and thickness of my sure flight throwers which is sorta like the true flight thrower you have thrown/have had experience with). it really suprised me personnaly when i unpacked them and holding all 6 in my hands feel quite heavy (at least for throwing knifes) even though I can easily curl 150lbs. something to note...

the pro-balance-thrower i didnt wanna get cuz of the handles which will break off eventually and the perfect-balance-thrower of the fully sharpened clip point put me off just like the true flight thrower.

oh and if you wanna get the sure-balance-thrower, http://www.atlantacutlery.com/ has the best prices (including shipping) I could find if you buy it in sets of 3.
