I would replace my Brian Goode Companion. The only problem is his wait time extremely long. He may not even be taking orders right now. I guess I will have to really hold on to that knife.
Probably my spyderco scorpius. It's my EDC, and discontinued. I thought I lost it a few months ago and I was really upset, but then I found it in my car seat. I would have replaced it but I couldn't find a PE version for sale anywhere. I hope I don't ever actually lose it as it's gonna be difficult to replace.
I'd probably replace the BM 610 Rukus first. I want a BIG folder with the axis and there really isn't anything else out there to look at if I follow that criteria.
Like others have posted, for me it would be my SAK Huntsman. I don't carry it all the time, but it's the one I get when I have some small fix-it job to do.
If either one of my Buck Mayo's (TNT & Waimea) walked off I would replace them both immediately. I absolutely love those knives - light, super fit & finish, and an S30V blade with the great BOS heat treat - what more could you want.... In comparison - Although I love my small inlayed classic Sebenza I'm not 100% sure I would drop another 400 bucks on one if I lost it. The Sebenza is everything it's cracked up to be (and more) but I don't think it's worth twice what a Buck/Mayo is.
My Spyderco Mini Manix, D2 Para, Emerson Mini Commander and CQC 8 and also a Vic SAK I don't know what model it is but my Dad gave it to me when I was young.
Benchmade 32, Spyderco smallfly, RAT RC-4, spyderco endura 4. Also even though I am not Cold Steel's biggest fan I would replace my SRK because it has lasted well through some serious crap I've put it through.
