which necker ?

kdebjr I thought you'd like that one I don't know how many of these I'll get in .250 a2 but thought about ordering some .187 a2 after I get done with the beast and making a run of these since they have drawn some attention

Dang you sgmtino for being a constant drain on my wallet with your perfectly functional and flawless blades. My other field knives dang you too as the Lo-Lol has replaced my two main bush blades. I'm sure my large field blade will dang you as well once I get my Beast (did you decide if that was the official name yet?). :cool:

I'm partial to the right necker design (thumb ramp with swedge). And although I currently love my San-Mai Becker BK11, I'm sure that you'll produce another "must have" with this latest necker project though, and that I'll be on that sign-up sheet as well.
 
anybody interested i will probably get this one going pretty soon haven't heard from waterjet guy yet though
 
I like the first one because you could lay your index finger along the spine for really fine cutting control. The thumb ramp on 2 would make that uncomfortable...

specs? (spine thickness, steel, finish, etc...)
 
ok her is what we got its gonna be A-2 toolsteel overal length around 6 to 6.5 inches thickness is gonna be .187 finish will be bead blasted and parkerized but may have a duracoat option kydex sheath price will be $100.00 shipped
