Which of these knives should I buy?

MTech is the better looking one of the two.

S+W would be my choice, as the sheath looks better. Both are inexpensive shanks.....

I'd go with the lightest of the two. These aren't the kinds of knives I'm usually interested in.

Never buy an Mtech, and Smith and Wesson branded knives are not much better.
