And I won't tell you this can only be done with a Busse, if you don't say you did it with a Mora:p.
All goofy knife jabs aside (get it:rolleyes:), this is some very cool stuff I thought my fellow tree fans would appreciate. I understand that it is in Africa somewhere. I would really like to know how they did this. Wow!

I'm positive that tree resides at a Disney resort (or maybe one like it anyway) and is made from cement! I saw it on a Travel channel show I think.

My wife got these pics in an email from some friends, with friends telling them it is in South Africa. At least that's what we were told.
Not as cool if it's cement and not where we were told, but cool looking anyhow.

Hey that reminds me of something I saw coming out of a rock formation when I was doing mushrooms! Except it was all aztec images popping out.;)

I have no idea how they did it but I am sure it took a lot of time... cool tree by the way. I just hope they didn't harm it much.

Its in Disney's Animal Kingdom in FL.

I've seen it. Theres a trail that runs under the roots and entry to an interactive movie theater beneath the tree. The roots in the tunnel are also carved (molded in fiberglass) with animals.

Heres a pic of my kids in front of the tree in '05

I don't get out much obviously!:o At least not to tourist attractions. It looks cool, but I'll have to do some research next time before posting info based on email.:foot:

;) Ive been there brother....

Me too! It was fun but don't think I will do it again. Unless i go on the amazon tour with Jeff Randall.

I am not sure he still offers this as part of the package. I think he used to. I would do this.

Ayahuasca (Quechua, pronounced [ajaˈwaska]) is any of various psychoactive infusions or decoctions prepared from the Banisteriopsis spp. vine, native to the Amazon Rainforest (which is also called ayahuasca). The resulting drinks are pharmacologically complex and used for shamanic, folk-medicinal, and religious purposes. To occidental ethno-biologists it is noted a variety of 200-300 plants are used in the different brews made by the Ayahuasceras. It is an open question whether Ayahuasca should be noted as one particular shamanic medicinal brew, or that it should be noted as an entire medicinal tradition specific to the Amazonas.

Note to self... Ignore any and all of hollowdwellers posts on edible plants/shrooms/insects...
