whenever i get something like in an email, i like to snopes it (snopes.com) to see if its real...

alot of people just pass it along, never thinking twice.

when i was looking at the photos though i was going to say that it looked like the animals were cast in resin or something and attached to the tree. the natural shape of the limbs is intact, so it couldn't have been relief carved...

Cement, fibreglass, it's still a hell of a job making it look real.

I'm positive that tree resides at a Disney resort (or maybe one like it anyway) and is made from cement! I saw it on a Travel channel show I think.

I am actually going back there the week of July 21 next month.......just got our tickets in the mail so i instantly remembered what it was. It is pretty cool none the less.:thumbup:
