lemonslush lemonslush I think your plan is perfect. You'll have something classic and distinguished for discreet EDC and something bat guano loco as a complement. It'll be a great duo!
WHat would you consider a fair used price for a normal seb 21 small? I was thinking $300 was the going rate? and $360 for micarta ones assuming its in good shape and comes with everything. That sound about right?

lemonslush lemonslush Before my first purchase, I spent lots of time lurking the Exchange here--I still do, much to my financial detriment ;)

It takes some time, but I use the info to decide how much I'm willing to pay based on model, condition, my disposable cash, etc.

At the end of the day, secondary market value is determined by what you (or some other bloke) is willing to pay.

Slyz bowie or Sebenza 21 large Insingo would be the two id be most interested in if i were you. but im not you. i have a large 21 and a bowie :)

IMG_2384.JPG IMG_2385.JPG I just got my first 2 Sebbies last week. Like you, I held out, for what I don't know!!
I'll tell you now, I'm pissed I waited.
As soon as you hold one you'll know what all the hubbub is!!
I got a large CF 25 and a large tanto 21. I LOVE them!! They carry extremely well and are as smooth as oiled glass!!
Both are fine ass flickers too!!
I thought the smalls were just a bit too small.
Good luck!
Joe

I know it is a bit above your range, but the CRK Ti-Lock has been discontinued and a few vendors still have them in stock.

They land in between a large and small 21, and those who own them say they are similar to a Benchmade 940 in the way that it is surprising how much blade is packed into the handle. And as you can see, the ergonomics are a bit improved.

Ti-Lock and a small 21, not my photo.

The Ti-Lock is so pretty though it was smaller than expected when i got my hands on one but then before I could save half the money for one I hear they are being discontinued will see if I can ever pick one up.
