which one to sell?..

Do you need to buy this gun right now? If not, sell neither and just save up a bit so you can purchase the gun without selling your knives

Let's see? You say you "have to" sell one to buy another but you like both. I'm afraid I don't really understand. Why sell any at all if you already say you're going to regret selling. Easier to replace? Keep em both!

Knives are kind of a modest black hole money wise. I accept that fact and go on with the hobby. I have only sold one knife and it was to someone to complete a collection where as it was just another knife for me. Liked it, but that is about it. I try not to look back with knives, fishing rods/reels, and firearms.

Funny question... I HAD two Slysz Bowies...finally sold my spare and swore I'd never sell the other...
Then, somebody asked for the BTW measurement of a large Sebbie. I had a collector REGULAR in the safe so took it out and measured it...0.028".
The darned thing felt SO DARNED GOOD in my hand that I bought another large (user) Sebbie from the exchange on the same day, and have it in my pocket now. The other Slysz will "maybe" go up for sale too. In comparing the two, the Slysz scales are darned slippery even though the scales are conformed. The Sebbie, plain old Ti slabs, feel just great and steady...
Compare the two yourself before you decide.

That you are asking this question indicates you should sell neither. Trust me - whichever you sell, you will regret later and likely spend more $$ to buy it again.

Try to find another source of $$. Don't you have two kidneys? I heard humans shall function perfectly fine with just one kidney.;)

You bought the knives for a reason. I regretted selling most of the stuff I've sold over the years. If I had it to do over again I'd just keep everything and save up for what I wanted. I've got too many horror stories of cannibalizing gear for other gear that I regretted.

Been there, done that. Not revisiting it.
