Which One Would You Pick? (Whittler)

Finally posting!! I think Boker is my favorite brand now! Blown away by the quality! I wish I had a better camera to express the beauty of this Carver! This is the first congress style I've had with zero to very very little blade rub. Walk and talk and fit and finish are a 10.

I have another Boker Congress that is very dear to me and even though they are the same length the Carver is not as bulky and like some one said it is built like a tank and more compact.

Sorry I don't know how to post pictures, because I carve / whittle a lot. The Queen #48 is usually in my pocket along with a Case Seahorse - with those two knives I can carve about anything. I tried congress patterns and they just don't fell right in my hands. They work, but not as well for me. Any knife you get for whittling will need the edges refined to your style. The Seahorse is my go to rough out knife, I can keep it sharp with a strop and it will do fine detail work. The Queens (d2 - steel) I have are just old friends ( I have several), I started with them and seem to find some cuts that only they can do (the plural was on purpose because I regularly use 2 of the group because they are sharpened differently).

Thanks for the reply! I still plan on buying a Queen Whittler and also a Seahorse. Because of finances I usually buy a new one every few months or so. I liked the idea of having the Spey on this one. I don't whittle much, but plan on jumping in feet first as soon as the weather gets a little better. I'm hoping by the end of the summer I'll have those and I will get to see what works best for me.
