My first post, new member. Hope I am at the right spot for this? If not, let me know.

Looking for some feedback on a camping, survival knife to supplement my Granfors Bruk hatchet...will be doing most of the chopping with that, so don't need a HD knife chopper


Ranger RD6, 6", 5160
Grayman Ground Pounder, 6", 1095
Tops Dawn Warrior, 5 1/2", 1095
Benchmade 156 CSKII, 6", 1095
Falknivan A-1, 6 3/8", VG10
Falknivan S-1, 5.1", VG10
Fehrman Last Chance Survival Series, 5 1/2" CPM-3V
Rat Cutlery RC-6, 6", 1095

Any thoughts would be appreciated, especially if you have personal experience with any of them. Thanks

Rat Cutlery RC6. Tough, sharp, best warranty on the planet, very honest/decent company. You can't lose.

I'd like a Fehrman but Jake is correct that the Rat would also be an excellent choice at a good price.
