Not for nothing but they have the look like of $50 ebay knife from Pakistan.....Eye of beholder i guess, then. I disagree completely, as long as it's stainless. I thought all they did was carbon steel. Just found out these are Marcus balbach stainless Damascus. Now I'm back in. I was thinking of buying both, but am really trying not to be so wasteful and duplicating things unnecessarily like I always do. Thanks for the input.
