of the two, which one will the best! ZT/Hinderer or the Hogue/Elishewitz, the 3.5 models. can only have one, this will be a working knife for me...Help!

I have no experience with either, but the ZT/Hinderer looks like it will be a nice blade for the money.

With the qualifier "working knife," I'd vote ZT/Hinderer. It's not as cool looking as the Hogue, IMO, but I own two other ZT knives that are both built like tanks. The ZT's basically gonna be a poor man's XM-18, w/o flipper, and w/over 200 posts I'm sure you know how high the regard for that knife is around here.
Frankly, I'd like to own both, just like you, but I'm on the pre-order list for the ZT myself; Hogue will have to wait.

Thats a hard question since the Hogue came out about 2 monthe ago and
there hasn't been much feedback or interest that Ive seen. The ZT/Hinderer
isnt even out yet and wont be for a while.
Ask the same question in 4-6 months and you might get feedback from
owners of both knives.....After the ZT/Hinderer has been out for a bit.
