Which Should I Get? Benchmade 530 or 531?

I recently purchased a Benchmade 531 for 140 USD at a local store. The blade play is aweful, so I am going to exchange it for a different one. Here's my question:

Should I go with the 531 again or save some cash and get the 530 instead?

I am not partial to the G10; I only went that route at first because of the strength, but if the strength is comparable on the 530 then I don't really care about the G10. I like the blade shape of the 531, but again, it really isn't a big deal. The overall look is similar, and the weight difference is very small. I guess in terms of overall performance, strength, and durability, should I try to 531 again or get the 530 and put the difference towards another knife in the future?

Also, I realize these two knives are liner less and therefore are not heavy users. I want them for light duty use and I love the look of them.

Thanks in advance!

Well, this really depends on your personal preferences. Neither one of these knives should see hard use so strength should be a huge consideration. If it were me I would go 531. I like G10 better and it is plenty strong, should be stronger than thin metal and plastic. That said, I had a 530 and found it too thin and lite for my uses.

Another vote for the 531. I can't stand the way the handle of the 530 feels when I am holding it in my hands.
