Which Small Utiliy Fix Blade?

Man- I've got to get one of those sweet looking Mayo and Blackwood pieces one of these days...

How about the REKAT Pikuni? Pretty nice knife with a great carry system for the price. The blade is just under 3 inches- which meets the requirements first listed- or would that be too small?

Anyway, worth a look for under 100 bucks.
