which spyder for hunting/skinning?

If you must carry a folder, I'd suggest the C83 Ed Schempp Persian 2. It has a reasonably thin flat ground 3.5" blade and plenty of belly for skinning. Discontinued, but still fairly easy to find. That said, if it was me and I had a choice, I'd go with a Moran DP fixed blade.
 
As others have said the Stretch would be a great skinning knife! I got my Stretch in VG10 a while ago and though I haven't used it for skinning yet it has the perfect blade shape with a great grip. Since it has a shallow choil it provides two grip options which would work perfectly for skinning.
Try it in hand if you can and you will see what I mean!
 
Go with the Gayle Bradley! Just take care of the blade, and you won't have a problem. I've used it many different times saltwater fishing on quite a few fish. Just take care of it, and you won't have problem! The blade shape and size is perfect, the edge is very thin and cuts like a dream, and it holds an edge for a long time, while still being easy to touch up. Plus, in my opinion, it's the perfect EDC.
