I've never tried out a Para 3 before.

Out of the box, it has the smoothest comp lock I've encountered. Ergos are shockingly good; even with a size L hand, I can get a comfortable saber grip without using the forward choil. Disappears in my pocket, where it's only slightly more noticeable than my Delica. Always feels good seeing the best tang stamp in the industry, too.

I love the Salt series, but I usually buy the blackout versions for carry and the yellow ones for stashing in bags/etc. Carrying a bright yellow knife is going to take some getting used to.

So far I like it. I mean it's pretty purpose built. I'm kinda glad it's single edge though may double it about an inch from the tip on the top side.
It's light and thin but tall so it fills my hand pretty good. It's a slicer for sure and it'll get used for food prep at camp and home here and there
