Is that a Yellowhorse knife?

I wish it was but no! It is a Rough Rider. In house brand of SMKW if I'm correctly informed. This one is part of their Stoneworx line and they are designed by Brian Wilhoite. The scales are made of synthetic stones (not plastic) but the abalone and MoP are real. And your are correct, they bare a striking resemblance to David and Brian. :) By the way, the F&F on the Stonexworx are exceptional for the pricetag.
