Which Spyderco are you carrying today?

Got my UKPK with me today. It had CTS-BD1 steel and I'm starting to think the steel is kinda crap.. it doesn't hold an edge very well at all. Anyone else got any input about tthis steel in spydie knives?

I've had that experience as well, although it seemed controversial when I voiced it.

Hm.. the only way I can get it to stay useable is to use my kitchen diamond stone block and put a toothy edge at around 400 grit. I've sharpened it to a mirror polish and stropped it to razor like edge but cutting a few bits of fruit and the odd packet and it's proper dull again..

Phoenix at the moment and a BG42 Millie earlier today:

The BG42 Military is what I carried today as well, but I carry it most days.
I also took the black clip off of mine and replaced it with one of the older satin clips thats not shiny.
