Carrying my Caly 3 SB again today:

Pastry cream is underneath!

I use my knife a ton at work... Cutting open bags of flour/sugar, pastry bags, fruit slicing and segmenting, dipping in chocolate to make leaves and curls, (Leaf shaped spydercos like sage 2 work great for this ) etc.

Carried a Salt Dragonfly 2 today, I started emptying my sister in law's house in a blizzard today, had to cut a bunch of road salt soaked ropes & straps, this was where the serrated Salt Dragonfly 2 really showed its nature. When I was done cutting the types ropes I just wiped on my pants and clipped it back in my pocket. Just wiped times rinsed it off a little while ago and it looks like brand new, well except the yellow FRN, that's got a little grey tint to it.
