I love my PM2 great choice ! I think mines the standard S30v but it's got a wicked edge .

Today I broke out the oldest Spydie I still own: a Pro-Grip (Hunter? Worker? Can't remember, but I'm sure someone here knows...), circa 1999, with the plastic molded clip and all-pinned construction, inlay is kraton or rubber:





Used this knife every day for 2 years at work for cutting rope (lots of rope), cutting off the plastic wrap that kayaks and canoes are shipped in, busting open and breaking down cardboard boxes, opening packages of all kinds, etc., etc. Never had an issue with it - it just did the work.

Back to old faithful , when the ZDP189 version arrives i shall be interested to see how they compare, at the moment the basic black version beats out the G10 mainly because of the weight difference.
