both the nilakka and the stretch

so far the nilakka eats boxes better. It is a mean mean slicer. Though i think the stretch is great and i will likely get more out of the steel by getting narrower edge as the lansky bottoms out at it certain but not for sure point of 17 degrees. A touch tighter could make a big difference.

I like the Manix more than I thought I would. I'm still amazed that a knife this big can weigh 2.9 ounces on my calibrated scale. It's a lot of knife for the weight.
