As is usually the case, a Military that I bought back in the mid 90's. Still serving me well to this day. Use it for everything including cutting food. I've usually got more than one knife on me, but this one is a constant. The other fluctuates according to my whims. Most often an El Cheapo automatic bought from a corner gas station.
