Yea it is, overall it's a slick little knife but has one major flaw. Flipper with a compression lock doesn't mix well, if you flick it closed like you would a pm2 the flipper tab hits your index finger thus stopping the blade from fully closing unless you position your fingers to the very back of the compression lock.

My take on this knife is it would be better off without the flipper, see the above post I made in the EDC section.
 
I love the size of the Millie and have both a black-bladed digicam (to match a PM 2 & 3 pair) and a fluted Ti, but I'm kind of a bigger-is-better guy when it comes to knives. I got interested in the Police 4 in K390 and when I saw @abbazaba 's and @SpySmasher 's knives pictured this past week I posted back and forth a bit with them about them. Before Smasher's last reply I went ahead and ordered one from DLT Trading and picked it up mid-day at my local PO. I took it back to the job and put it to work a bit this afternoon.
