It's so perfectly balanced when opened and inhand, that whatever weight it had closed just disappears.Sushi cat says, "If I'm home, the Millie is probably in my pocket."I still can't get over how light this knife is for its size.

In all of the reviews that I’ve seen on the Shaman, I keep hearing that this blade is a tank...and that assessment is correct. When I picked up the box, I could feel the heft of this knife. This Shaman is tight but lock up is rock solid with no blade play. In a month or so the action should smooth out. I own many stout folders but this may be my favorite because it does not slice like a pocket brick. I’ll see how I feel about the Shaman after some use but my initial impression is positive.
