A little limited on grilling tools (and amazon is slow to deliver out here lately) so I have to use my HAP40 Endura as a steak flipper ... and before anyone gives me the “you’ll ruin the temper” talk, I checked the heat treat data don’t worry! This is HSS with 6% tungsten, it can handle a charcoal grill!

Side note, I’m literally 100 yards from the Gulf and have been carrying this knife a lot including beach walks/knee deep wading, no corrosion issues at all despite it only having 4% Chromium.
