Thanks! It's actually the factory grind, I've only touched up the edge once. I think I'm going to thin it out a bit more and the bevel will get a bit wider.

The King is Dead?
For a few years, the Delica ZDP-189 has been my main EDC, the Ruler of the Pocket. There have been many pretenders to the throne (Stretch, Native5, DragonFly) but the Delica kept finding it's way back.
Until now ...
Recent acquisitions may have been the 1-2 punch that knocks the Delica out of the primary lineup. A Chaparral LW CTS-XHP with the edge reprofiled to 15 primary with a 20 micro and most recently a UK Penknife S110V still with the factory edge.
Thinner and lighter that the Delica, these two just disappear into my pocket, especially the UK. The UK's slipjoint was a bit of a concern but no longer. That blade locks up like it has a hidden backlock. The Chaparral's thin backlock is still stiff and unpleasant to operate and the UK is a two-hand operation. But they're getting 100% of the carry time with the UK getting the majority. I haven't even touched the Delica in nearly a week.
