Which Spyderco are you carrying today?

The lock on mine take a firm grip to release. I know a popular upgrade is titanium ball cage for the lock. Perhaps this smooths up release.

I went ahead and carried it yesterday and today, and can operate the lock with my thumb and the side of my index finger. I might look into the ball cage mod though.

I have to say, I think that is probably a bit nicer than the Cold Steel TuffLite.

I would have to say I agree. The TuffLite is a nice little knife though. Always kind of hoped they would make an upgraded version of it. As far as the Q-Ball, I’m loving it. Very impressed so far. Looking forward to putting it to work!
