The best-laid plans... The sky opened up when I was lit and a little ways from the house. Of course, the rain stopped once I was inside and dry.
I keep going for my Tenacious combo in S35VN for an everyday “whatever” option. It has good steel, good blade geometry, and very decent ergos. Plus, it’s not something I’d cry about if I were to lose it.
I know a lot of people don’t like combo edges, but I’ve come to find that having both options is really useful for basic day to day tasks…
