which spyderco EDC

It's my go to knife for tough duty jobs. It stays sharp for a long while and is easy to resharpen using a Spyderco Sharpmaker. I'm not fond of knives with partially serrated edges but if I were to carry only one knife I would consider an Endura with this design.

I also carry a plain edged fixed blade knife on my belt for food prep and lighter work. In the small rural town in Florida where I live, it's not unusual to see sheath knives. Currently I am carrying as ESEE 4 but often I carry one of my Bark River knives such as a Classic Lite Hunter. I prefer to use a fixed blade when slicing food as it is far easier to clean afterward.
