Which Spyderco models have traditional handle scales?

Talking about models like the Volpe with wood scales, special editions like those found in the AG Russell catalog, even the Santa Fe mods. Not necessarily carbon fiber, but wood, stag etc. Reason I bring it up is that I am getting back into traditionals, and really liked the Dyad Jr design, and would like to see Spyderco put out some traditional style models. We have the UKPK, the Viele 2, the Persian etc, but the scales on the UKPK and Viele 2 aren't wood/stag etc. Would anyone want to see something like that? I don't want my Military to have anything other than its G10 scales, but I would like to pick up a UKPK with wood scales. Would it work? More Spyderco multi blades?

I would start with the Kopa and Kiwis. I like the Kopa because they still have the different handle materials but still pack the spyderco cutting power and style. They are both single bladed however.

Dyads are interesting but I can't get into the looks.

I keep being drawn to the 'more traditional' style knives that my dad would carry but I can't make the switch because I value the pocket clip too much. Also to get a world class steel you have to go custom (although Queen has a D2 steel line up).

No clip, but two blades with one hand opening can also be found in the Kershaw Double Cross and Double Duty. Prices are cheap and I can not personally vouch for quality.

Japan just doesn't seem to be into the multi-bladed traditional American pocket knife.

As I recall, the upcoming Micro-Dyad sprint will be jigged bone. Other than than, the Kopas, Kiwis and Volpe are the only non-synthetic/metal handled Spydies that I know of.
