Which Spyderco ? Pls give advice to a beginner

Im a big fan of the Persian, its a real nice knife to use and has a great look about it.

that is a pretty good idea. i wouldn't go for both the police and endura, though. too similar.
 
I own a Centofante III (which is right now in my pocket) and it is a nice EDC for the stuff you named. If you plan on cutting too much fibrous material surely the serrations will come handy.

I got an Endura on the way. I found it on EBAY and the seller didn't give much of a description (it comes in a big plastic shell) but for 36€ + shipping I can't go wrong there. I guess it is a comboedge. I wanted a full serrated one but here in Spain they are pretty damn expensive so I got to stick to what I find on EBAY.
