Which Spydercos did not impress you?

It was thought I was picky and about clips falling off and locks not seating securely. Not even sure what a bad grind line looks like. Not really trying to be negative here. But I honestly thought I was one of the most troublesome of consumers.
Sending a knife back for bad grinds is not being picky. When one side of the blade has a completely different grind than the other side, you have a knife with bad grinds. I expect a $100.00 + knife to look like a $100.00 + knife. There are manufacturers turning out knives with excellent grinds for around $30.00. Why should I expect less from a knife that costs more?

the salsa is my least liked spidie knife. Although I got 2 of them I dont really use them. The knife is just too wide for me.
I love my jd smith. if you guys dont like im I might be willing to take them off your hands.
I dont use the SE military, it is kinda outdated for me. But I did use it as my EDC for a long time. As well as the delica and endura.
EDC now is the calypso . Love that new steel.
I got so many spidies its not even easy to tell you what my fav is ..
Good knife hunting

the only bad spyderco i ever got was a g10 handled police that was missing the police etched on the side of the blade. almost sent it in when sal said on here there where only 200 of those made like mine :D

Two... Actually, they both impressed me, but neither was my cup of tea.
Sharbaria. I really like the blade shape, but I found the handle horrible to handle. I don't know how anyone managed to like that one. Sorry....
Also the Toad. Nice, but too small, I know it was designed for folks who live in restrictive jurisdictions and the like, but still, it was TINY! Also, it was pretty dang expensive, but the handle was made out of titanium, so I won't say it was too expensive for what it was. But it was smooth. Had I gotten either free, or a really good deal on either one, I'd probably still have them.

Yeah that Shabaria had a strange handle. It was a quality knife all the way but I didn't get how you were supposed to grasp it. It felt like it should have been about twice the size it was. If the handle was much larger, I could see how it would be comfortable. I think the daggers that it is patterned after are much larger and probably feel better in the hand.

there may have been flaws to some spyders I've seen, but the only one that I remember not impressing my at all was the Viele 2. it sure is an ok knife, but well, nothing more...

Ookami

I know I'm in the minority on this one, but to me the Military is not that impressive. It's just a big, kinda goofy looking knife in my opinion and just not worth the size it takes up in the pocket. I've tried it twice and traded both of them. However the Parmil is one of my favorites. Go figure.

didnt like the joht singh khalsa at all, opens in your pocket wayyy to easy, got rid of that one as soon as possible............funky design anyway imho.

I shall be in danger from all who love Spyderco's, but I don't like the Starmate.
Too light for the size, and I didnt like how you could bend it. With dual liners,
it would be awsome!! But, then it would be a regular Terzuola ATCF.
I agree completely, felt very flimsy to me, too much so for a "tactical" folder. That Sid I would love to see more spydies designed by Bob T.
