Which stripper??

In not sure about tanker but on black the Kleen Strip foam works in 5 minutes. I literally sprayed it let it sit for 5 min scraped with plastic putty knife then did another application to detail some resistant spots and the talon holes. Really much easier than the other products I've tried.

Have you thought about taking it to a machine shop and have them blast it? Around here it would not be more than about 20.00 to have it done.

This is probably your best option... Or try a flat bladed razor. That cuts to the metal, the plastic just melts

As best I can tell, Citristrip is probably not the best choice for removing powder coating. It's advertised for removing paint & varnish, not the same at all as powder coatings.

I just got my hands on some of this stuff from UPS today….

I just need to find a suitable immersion tank or tray to soak with, I was told by Caswell to use polypropylene or stainless. Anybody got any ideas where I can find something locally that would work for this?

I used Klein strip on tanker gray. It took a good bit of elbow grease, but I got it off. Once most of it was gone I used a brass wire wheel in a dremel tool to touch it up. I used coarse scotch brite pads for the scrubbing.
