Narrowed it down to two.

One is max .096", min .072", tapered .005" over 1/4". Is a spiral reamer. From Jantz.

The other is max .115", min .088", straight flute reamer. From usaknifemaker.

Any opinions? Price difference is negligible.

3/32"=~.094", I would think to go with the .088-.115 reamer. I've never actually used them myself (though I want to), but that seems the logical guess.

I use the 4/0 reamer(.088 - .115) from USA Knifemaker for all my bolsters and scale material before peening the 3/32 pin. I find it very easy most of the time to hide the pin in the bolster with this reamer. I use dark cutting oil and turn in by hand. I am on my second one since 2007.
