I regularly carry the M4 Gaucho - skip the serrations as the design doesn't need them. And you can find the non-serrated version for about $139. If you don't like the "tanto", just sharpen as you would any regular folder and it'll eventually go away.
I like the handle shape and length of the 760, but dislike the thin handle slabs and resultant lock strength. Flexy.
hi, wow!, thanks for all the comments...i'm leaning toward the gaucho now, plain edged. and no, i wont be buying from kc, i just used the links from there. chose those two for the cpm-m4, but i might be getting a spyderco military next.
I have a gaucho plain edge. I don't edc it though. The blade shape isn't idealfor edc tasks. And it's a pain to sharpen. But I like it better than your other choice
