which zt??

I have 8 zt's right now, guess which one is pocket a 562cf!! It's just about perfect..
 
As for a boat knife, just added up mine; six before you open the galley drawer to find five more. Only one folds so think about a fixed blade as well.
 
Sounds like the op has made a decision. Out of the first two, I would also pick the 452CF. For fishing, it's almost a fillet knife in length and shape. But would also suggest the 562CF as a do-everything kind of knife.

And as others have said, if there is any money left over, a fully serrated Spyder Salt would really be handy to have around a boat.

I don't have the ZT's I'd probably suggest for fishing, but there are many to choose from.

Between the ZTs, 0452 easy. For a boat/any water activity, spyderco salt series.
