While you Hogs were busy, this little piggy got an SFNO

Nice Score! That's about as great of an all-arounder as you can get...

This is a recent 'ganza snag......

From the Custom Shop, it is a traditional SFNO with a few teeth added.

The snakeskin and muddy combination is too nice.

Still I would like to have a shot at one with some mag handles.

I forgot about that one. Thanks.

Still, not a plain-edge. I do like the scales though.

To XMP and others interested,
I have yet to hear from Garth as I assume he's quite busy 'grinding out' customs for the more affluent INFI addict. I assure you all that I will share his reply, if any, when it arrives. Might even start my first thread w/ said info. 'Patience is a virtue", Yadda, yadda, yadda. Pete

The muddy also has a full height grind instead of a sabre grind like you can see here:

Jur, I love that picture; but, the pringles off to the side seem a little out of place:D

Maybe after buying 4 SFNOs you don't have money left for real potato chips?

I was thinking about selling 1 or 2 outlaws so I could buy those real potato chips.... ;) :D

I can help you out on that; you send me an SFNO and I'll send you LOTS of real potato chips:D

I'm psyched! While everyone was busy refreshing to get the Sus Scrofa, this little piglet was able to sneak up to the trough and snag an SFNO off the exchange

Congrats on a nice blade ..... it will make a great user.

Feel free to send both Satin SFNO's to the Wolf Den for proper inspection, use and storage ..... ;)

There are a couple little pups in the den that would be willing to make good use of them ..... :D

That's very generous of you Mr. Wolf:cool:

I'll keep you in mind if I don't get the patato chips, so you can do a proper inspection;)

Just trying to help out. ;)

And those stinkin' patata chips are not what you really want ..... trust me on this one. :D

And I thank you for helping me out. So you recommend Pringless instead of those patato chips..

Or any better suggestions??:p

Hmmmmm .....

"HAY" would be good. ;)

Wait, isn't there something about that with Hogs and Piglets .....

"Hay grows in the fields,

And is for horses and cows;

Pigs (Hogs) don't eat it,

Because they don't know how!!" :p

:D :D

XMP,
No word from Garth after a week so I e-mailed Amy-0. She replies that Garth may not get to my RFI 'till after 10JUN since he is busy prepping for Blade. However, she does include the tidbit that the current wait time for a Custom Shop creation is 6 months to a year. By then, we will certainly see the Anniversary Steel Heart One, (similar blade, different handle) and IMHO, we should see the return of the sacred SFNO. Now, all Garth can really do is update me (and you all went I post the info) on the price per inch of a custom blade. Rumor Central has it that it is (was?) $100/in. We'll see. Pete

Thanks for the update. Since I now have one I'm going to try and wait for a regular offering rather than go the custom route. Got to save a little for the Anniversary knife.

Keep us posted if you hear anything more.
