White River Knife & Tool at BLADE 2015

Thanks Rick. I do not just draw something and send to them. I make a prototype then go out and test it. Hard. Then go back and tweak it a bit, more test. Until, I get what I am wanting it to accomplish then test more to make sure it does what it is designed to do. My wife and I both hunt, camp and fish. Each time I needed to test one of the hunters we would go get another hog or deer and try it out and then use it in the camp for camp chores till it hit that right balance.
White River is good to work with as I get to show them exactly how I want various stages of it completed. There are some small things that makes a difference.

No problem at all, Jerry. It was a pleasure to review those blades at the counter. I'd love to get some of those into the field. Hopefully that will happen before too long. Ethan, has told me quite a bit about you, you're knives, and your superb knowledge of the blade. Maybe one of these days we could sit down, and talk shop for a while. Let me know if there's anything I could do.

The entire White River Knives family are among some of the nicest people you could meet. I have had the pleasure of hanging out with them a good bit at the past 2 blade shows and have been blown away by what a great family they are. It is a super bonus to me that they make such incredible knives. The Jerry Fisk line is one of many great knives they make. I can say if you have never looked at their knives, take the time to do so. You will not be disappointed!

I spoke with them & met Jerry at SHOT.
I was impressed. Some nice well thought out blades.
