I've been enjoying this knife tremendously in the last few days, and suddenly remembered that I never popped on to say so! *slaps self repeatedly*

Outstanding work, Gerry--this one just tucks perfectly into my hand, and is, of course, even better looking in person. So far, it's only demolished a steak and some asparagus, but before too terribly long it'll get to meet some meat that's still bloody.
