Gentlemen heres a Perfect knife for Skinning ,Scaling ,or cleaning Birds.
Tha Scales were lying in a drawer collecting dust for Quite a while and,
I just happened on them,and thought what the heck..Im Glad i did!
7-1/2" OAL with a 3" Blade from 5/32" CPM 154 Stainless Barstock
Hardness-RC60 with Cryogenic Treatment
Grind-10" Hollow with Satin Finish and Mirror Flats.
Tang- Full/Tapered to .020" with Red Fiber Liners
