Whitewing, Chris Carlson & Dan Unger A++

My new Whitewing lockback arrived in today's mail. Add me to the list of believers! The fit, finish, and balance of this knife are nothing short of outstanding, even better than I had hoped. Since when did traditional designs become so fun to own? Guys, these knives are a bargain!

I bought my lockback from Chris Carlson, but I also spoke to Dan Unger several times about Whitewing Knives. Both guys are first rate in my book. Great guys to work with and great knives, does it get any better?

Ain't no downside on this one

Only problem I forsee is that if Whitewing starts producing big honking bowies, Dan will never sell 'em

he just keep them himself.
