Or if used in the kitchen, a paring knife, in the shop, a bench knife, to cut a steak....you get the idea.
I am posting this as a bargain knife without the leather scabbard that I normally provide, however if you want a scabbard I will make one for $15.
Stock removal from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60
Flat grind with a cork belt finish
Stabilized curly maple handle with Micarta and brass fixtures
Overall length: 7 1/2 inches
Blade: 3 inches
No, scabbard at this price but I can make one for an additional $15. It would be similar to the thumbnail photo below
