Still hot from the forge, I have this wood working, or whittling knife for sale. It's one of the sharpest blades i have ever made, and could shave before I even sharpened it! The handle is a rich golden maple, carved with historically inspired knotwork, with an African blackwood inlay on the butt, and a hand formed copper ferrule. The blade is polished to a gleaming 600 grit for precision cuts in wood, and the grip is tapers from full round at the butt, to a gentle ellipse as it terminates to the blade, designed for easy maneuvering when carving a complex or difficult form.

The sheath is Veggie tanned leather dyed brown, and tooled with the same knot as the handle. It sports a copper suspension ring on the backside if you wish to hang it off your belt.

Not only for wood working, I suspect this knife would do well in an every day carry, utility setting as well.
