Hi. Ladies and Gents
I thought I’d drop in and say good on @whitty and usa made blade(the brick& mortar as well as the online service.
So whitty had his annual open house a week and a half ago and it was great. There was a store full of people but yet whitty made you feel like you were the only patron inside when you approached with a question or wanting to see an item.
I had never met whitty before the open house and the first thing he says uppn my entering, “Good to meet you, feel free to look around and help yourself to the bbq in the back”. Then i scored 3 sick blades and met rick hinderer.
So I managed to snag three killer blades, meet my favorite knife maker and had free bbq all thanks to whitty. So all this is pretty cool but upon my leaving he thanked me multiple times for coming, when He should of been thanked for putting on a killer fun time.
So thats my experience at the store front; excellent to say the least. Should you go your treatment would be the same.
As far as on line dealings, same thing. Knife was perfect on arrival and shipped next day after order(a saturday no less)
You can deal in nothing but confidence with whitty. Great guy and great asset to the knife community. Whether you get a plaim knife or a custom anodized knife he stands behind it and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Ive had four easy smooth transactions and counting.
I love buying there because it supports his small buisness and usa makers. Its a win win.
Sorry i got long winded but whats a good story without some details
