Sitting in the Cantina for a drink, a meal, a day or whenever you wake up is up to you. If you feel comfortable here, you probably are.

....and Jmings and JW Kilpatrick, Shann, Andrew Talor, Kevin the Grey, .....

Count me in. I got my 15" Villager by Bura today. Probably taking it camping with me next weekend.

Somebody better tell Astrodada that the ellipsis cost $1 each. He's gonna $H1t when the bill arrives.
Welcome folks. :D

and Halfneck.

How'd I forget him?

This is the class of the Winter of 05. You guys later will remember this time when you were new and found new friends and roads opening up around you.

Thanks for the welcome.

I've got me an 18" Ak, and I'm thinking about a Chitlangi, slightly longer. Or a YCS. Unless I get the army model....:)

Sign me up for the away team. You'll need a translator...

Hey y'all,

My first post in the Cantina, but I've been lurking for awhile. Started with some khuk research, and after reading Rusty's comment about the 16" WWII being the 1911 or S&W 19 of the khukri world, well, that sounded just about perfect and I went with that.

Got it, loved it, and still love it. It's been about three months now I think. It chops better than my 'hawks, moves swiftly, and it just feels right. But I suppose that is me preaching to the choir. It's my companion on my little walks and adventures, and is quite a source of comfort.

But what kept me reading this forum, and now contributing, was the people here. And that thread where everyone was arming up to fight zombies, with a crowded grill being heavily defended  . This is a truely amazing board, and the best word I can think of to sum it up is Humanity. It's awesome.

Take care.
