Who are your 3 favorite makers?

Holy guaquomolè......,of all the names I've read in this thread, maybe 5 ring a bell.
I guess that says a lot about my so called "knife knowledge"!

......need more data-input!!!!

I can't name just 3 favorites among knifemakers. All of my true favorite knifemakers are great people I know personally, and choosing 3 of them would be kind of like asking me to choose my 3 favorite brothers.

However, I can play this game a different way. I will name my three favorite knifemakers choosing from makers whom I don't know personally. Here they are:

Michael Walker
Wolfgang Loerchner
Ron Newton

Limiting it to three is a bummer ! :D

Kit Carson
Tom Mayo
Matt Cucchiara

I can definitely think of seven more. . . . . . :D

In no particular order.
Harvey Dean
Don Hanson III
Shiva Ki
:D
Must have forgot about:
David & Jerome Anders
John Fitch
Jimmy Fikes
R.W. Loveless
Uwe Hoffman
Larry Harley

I've only owned about four customs, one by Scott Gossman/Razorback Knives. The other is a custom Buck, and the last two were from a maker in Lancaster PA. From what I've seen in magazines, I really like Bob Doziers FB's, and would like to get one someday. I also really like Kit Carsons M16 and M18 series. So, I would say Scott, because I just asked to be put on his waiting list for a big camp blade, he's really the only true maker I've bought from. Second, Bob Dozier, and third Kit.

Roger Bergh
Arpad Bojtos
Larry Fuegen

or

Don Hanson III
Harvey Dean
Tim Hancock

or

Bailey Bradshaw
Buster Warenski
Jerry Fisk

or
or
or, maybe I'm a bit confused because I can't choose:D
