Who be goin to Knob Creek???

Hey guys, are there plenty of vendors selling handguns at the creek? I mean, not the crazy military stuff, but are there regular vendors like at a gun show (Kimber, Colt, etc???)

Some,but not too many.

I hope to make it,but depends on Bar-B-Que's condition.

I'll be there Friday or Saturday. Xaman, this is not like a a regualr gun show. Lots of parts, full auto dealers, some knife maker from Ohio. Ten times better that a normal gun show. Lots of ammo, camo, accessories, etc. Plus the machine gun shoot!

Of course any handgun purchases will have to be FFL-to-FFL.

Probably better to have your receiving FFL lined up before the trek to keep things smooth and timely.

What? You can't just buy it and carry it home? i love texas :D

You could if you lived in Kentucky.

Interstate transfers are FFL-to-FFL. It's a '68 GCA thang...

i see, only in your "home state." that makes sense

Is it the same way with the semi-auto rifles they sell there?

Normally only transactions to citizens of adjoining states can occur.

Any non-adjacent state residents must transfer through an FFL.

I'm pretty sure this is all accurate.

That's the way it seems to be done. Adjacent States for long arms; home State for handguns. All others done through FFL transfer.

i am planning on it. not promising anything yet, but planning on it.

Awesome! I've been looking forward to meeting you! There is a possibility I may be camping with a group. Fire, booze, and sharp stuff!
