I'm looking for a small fixed blade to carry in my back pocket. AG Russell's Woodswalker is very similar to what I want, but nicer.

Anyone?

Thanks,
Don

Thanks for your reply. I like his knives; I have a GWB on order for March delivery. His Pocket Hippo is similar, but I believe this knife is designed to be carried in the front pocket. The knife I have in mind would be a little larger and have a 2 1/4" ish blade, with OA length of 5-6". fairly slim handle and profile and carried in the back pocket in a flat wallet type sheath.

Go over to the Knife Maker's Gallery. Check out the knives posted there and see if there is a maker, or makers, that impress you. If so, make contact and ask if they will make you a knife like the one you are looking for.

You might like some of Arno Bernard's knives.

I sound like a broken record, but Tom Krein's TK-11 Ultimate Caper sounds like just the ticket.

I have placed an order for a Mike Lovett City Knife; it is exactly what I want. Mike seems to be a super guy and has offered to make a change in the sheath to the wallet type to carry in my back pocket.
Can't wait.
