Hey what about a Butcher in another country who uses it to separate the cows?
I'm sure there are a few doing that with them. That seems like it would be a perfect job for the khukuri. bone and meat in one stroke.

They do it in Nepal but not with cows -- water buffalo instead. After seeing a few butcher shops in Nepal I was not surprised that most folks prefered vegetarian meals.
